I loved the hotel, it was picturesque, and check in was good. Thank you for a perfectly pleasant stay - would absolutely stay here again.

Staff and location were exceptional, overall the hotel was luxury and fairly clean.

We loved to be here, its location and staff. There were comfy beds and a safe, a mini bar and an iron inside the room.

I appreciated every detail here, including location and rooms, that were perfect. The restaurant was lovely on the ground floor, it had delicious dishes.

The bed was not really comfortable in this place.

Thank you for a great stay at a beautiful hotel in a central area. The setting is stunning and marvellous, adjacent to Copenhagen and the harbour area and city center. Besides, Nyhavn Canal is really walkable.

The hotel was clean and unique, I loved its excellent location and staff.

The place was FANCY, fairly clean, had outstanding staff and location. Excellent view of street. Location just off town centre, Nyhavn and the main center square. Furthermore, the hotel was within walking distance of Nyhavn Canal. The stay was superb.

It was clean, and the people where brilliant. The room was functional with extremely comfy beds. Good restaurant and excellant service.

The property was cosy and we had a such wonderful stay. We thoroughly enjoyed almost every detail: unbeatable location, amazingly kind staff. Had compact deluxe room with very comfortable bed, tea, as for instance. Restaurant was astonishing and neat.

Totally pleasant experience. The rooms were newly decorated and air-conditioned with complimentary coffee and tea, for example, just what we needed.

Location was very pretty and the hotel in general was delightful, I liked it. Really cheerful staff throughout.

The staff is beautiful here, the services are helpful, and location is best possible so close to the shopping street as well as all the main attractions. Gorgeous units with modern bathroom.

The lobby was friendly and fairly clean. Pool was heated and the staff were cheerful. The room was light, had private bathroom. Very good breakfast and well presented food selection.

All was fairly clean, I thoroughly enjoyed fine staff and location. Close enough to a train station, nice lovely area. Royal danish playhouse was just outside the door. The bathroom was particularly good & the bedroom was relaxing. Late check-out was useful.

Every detail was superb in this hotel, including rooms and location. I got free upgrade and appreciated it. Plus, I was able to park my car nearby.

It was awesome time in Copenhagen. Supportive staff and the place was fairly clean. Soft bed and a stylish bathroom. Brilliant position in the wonderful area.

Personable staff, beautiful hotel, food was exceptional, too. Good bed, room was well-planned, with climate control, hairdryer and iron/ironing board. Friendly location, within a walking distance of amalienborg palace museum. I loved the property's rooftop bar. Hotel was reasonably clean and the service was perfect.

good location, realistic prices. we ate at cap horn, which is only 900 ft away, it suited our needs. hotel's position a few steps away from all places we wanted to see, like frederik's church.
